Sam had a baseball game on Thursday night of Spring Break. It was his first regular season game and he was excited. We actually arrived a bit early (we beat the coach) and so we took “baseball card” pictures. HA! We tried several poses. I just positioned myself on a spot and Travis would pose Sam. It was kind of funny and I am sure we looked silly BUT it kept Sam occupied for about 5 minutes. YAY!

I can’t decide which one of “Pose 4” is my favorite. Feel free to leave a comment and help me decide!

Before the game, Sam and his teammates played chase and explored the bushes. They are a cute little group.

One of the little girls on our team has a TON of beautiful hair. It makes me laugh to see her in a helmet.

Sam has a crush on one of the little girls on his team. She always wears a skirt- even in the games! Too cute!

Here is a video of all the “action”…

We DEFINITELY need to work with Sam on his listening skills. He would NOT stay even remotely close to where the coach wanted him to play. He would run up to home plate (while a kid was batting) and would hit the ball of the tee with his hand. It WAS kind of funny but, at the same time, it was VERY frustrating. All in all though, it was a good game and we are enjoying having Sam playing sports.
